stop looking, start feeling

I've long been an advocate for photography that elicits emotions. Personally, my favorite photos are the ones that transport me back to the moment they were taken, evoking the emotions I felt at that time. I've often expressed that a true measure of a photograph's success lies in its ability to convey those feelings to the viewer.

Let's face it – we've all taken uninspired photos, going through the motions because it's what we think a photographer should do. This philosophy of feeling is beautifully articulated by Alex Kilbee, the host of 'The Photographic Eye' YouTube channel. His insights not only reinforce my belief that emotion is a crucial element in our photography but also provide valuable perspectives.

I highly recommend watching his video below for those looking to enhance their skills and gain a deeper appreciation for the work of others.

Alex continues to produce quality content on the subject of photography. For those not already subscribed to his channel, I would definitely recommend doing so.
